Creating injury-free athletes through mindful movement
The Athletic Performance Workshop is an ongoing, open, and mindful approach to movement, creating a foundation of inner concepts and practices that will help prevent injury and cultivate well-balanced athletes of any level. Incorporating Eastern martial arts philosophy, these concepts will help athletes develop self-awareness of movement. Our goal is for athletes to achieve balance both mentally and physically, so that they may effectively respond to high-pressure, game time situations. These advanced practices provide the building blocks to create injury-free, well-balanced athletes that will allow them to break through to peak athletic performance.
